    used to be a good daytime hangout, no more. good barkeeps are gone-mostly asked to leave, not fired.

    Pros: none Cons: no patio, no good bartenders

    The Oui has been around forever. Cool place, but the service could use some help. Quiet place early with good jukebox. TCU crowd arrives and you can hardly move late.
